We hired CTC to have an old barn removed from our property. John Farley and everyone at CTC Demolition was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They were very responsive at first contact, came out quickly to review our needs, and came in with the lowest quote. Mr. Farley kept in close contact with us and made it easy to coordinate timelines.
Lead-based paint has clearly been identified as a general health hazard and especially dangerous to children. Conduct sampling utilizing the latest testing and measurement methods and protocols. Provide analysis, utilizing the National Lead Laboratory Accreditations. Develop risk assessment, which would include options such as the approved covering of lead-based paint surfaces for containment or complete removal or remediation.

We had to take a couple of buildings down to build a few homes. Between all the zoning permits, building codes, and working with the county to get this done in a timely manner, CTC Demolition Company was the only easy part of this process. The price was fine and they were fast, and the area was clean when they left. It was like nothing was ever there. I will be using you again for our project at the end of this year.
