I had eyebrow and upper lip waxing yesterday. It was my first time to try waxing my upper lip and eyebrow. I usually do threading. I felt that my upper lip was extra painful during the service but the aesthetician said since it is my first time I am more sensitive. So I went home and didn't mind but it was really hurting a lot. Today it looked worse. I am now sure that she burned me. I think they are not too experienced with waxing so be cautious if anyone wants to try this place. On my 1st experience, I was a walk-in and urgently needed my lashes done as a refill as I had to travel out of town and my regularly scheduled visit to Bella lashes was the next day and they had no appointments available for that day. They told me their price, which was alot more than what I am used to paying so I said nevermind. Worst lash place I've ever been to. FIRST off I had asked for hybrid and these look no where near hybrids, barely even classics. It looks like I have no lashes and for the price I paid it's ridiculous. And yes I showed her pictures and she said she could do it and then when we were done she said it's because I don't have many lashes which she should have told me that in the beginning so not sure if she was telling the truth. SECOND my eyes were on FIRE!! I told her that my eyes were burning and she kept going and then when we were done she said I should have told her sooner

I'm giving them a 4star rating. I have been 3x before and have always been happy. (5star). The studio is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. My most recent visit (for eyelash lift and tint) However yielded a "product reaction". I think she over processed my lashes and/or.... The experience took longer, and she was out of the room too much. My eyes were burning when she finished and I felt like my eyelashes "ripped" from the skin at the end. But 72 hours later, I realized this is more than just a "product reaction". So I drove over today in person. The

I have been going to K lash studios for last 4-5 years. I love how consistent Sara is with my lashes. See is very timely and professional. She takes her time and always very accommodating. The lady was late and a HATE my lashes and brows I said VERY clearly I dont want thick doll lashes and instead she did the thick doll lashes and took forever. I wouldn't even have time to fix them as I said I was leaving for vacation immediately after my appointment. The lashes look cheap and are already falling off less than an hour after the service. I'm so upset.

The staff was so kind and welcoming when I made my appointment and arrived. Amy was so kind and delicate when working with my eyelashes. She made them look AMAZING! I highly recommend this studio as they explain what they're going to do and why.

I have been coming to K lash Studio for a little over 2 years now even after I moved outside of Houston. I make the drive to go see Sara because she's the best! Very nice place. Only went twice. First time the lady was super nice and friendly. Lashes did not last as long as usual but I thought it happens sometimes. Did second refill, lady was very slow and not so friendly. Lashes looked beautiful but they have almost all fallen out before two weeks. Been doing this for years and the last place I went to would last a minimum of three weeks. Overall disappointed. The place is clean and great prices.

Wow is all I can say about my volume set! I’ve been getting eyelash extensions for the last year and then previous years prior to that and this is easily the best studio I’ve been to. I opted for the volume full set because I’m so used to them falling out before I even hit my 1 week mark. They were a little bit too voluminous for me, but I quickly got used to them. I am 2 weeks strong and they look like I just left the studio! My lash tech, Sara, had my entire full set done in a hour and 15 min. I'm really surprised they are 4 stars. The people are very nice but for the money I would never do it again. My eye lashes have been falling off in clumps. By the time I got home several had already fallen off. Ive had the lashes for 5 days. they just continue to drop off. I have not called them or reached back out. I'm sure if I did they would fix them. I had shared my concern about lashes falling off when I went there, and I was assured that when put on correctly they don't fall off. I asked for something on the natural side and Vivian did an AMAZING job. She was so kind when give me consultation and the whole experience was very relaxing (I fell asleep!).
