Signed contract with them April 30th. I had multiple calls with the law firm asking if things could be added to the case and how things were going. I kept getting the run around. Finally May 27th I was contacted by a partner who barely wanted to talk to me and didn't hear me out barely at all. Asked me to send him multiple documents. I was having difficulty finding some documents they needed because I was displaced from my home and my insurance company was not working with me at all. Finally got the contract to send to them. June 24th. I was contacted by the firm stating that they are going

Please be very cautious with this law firm. Have no expectation of any type of outcome as there may never be one. We learned this the hard way with two personal injury cases that we entrusted to them. The first was ended with a certified package and letter. It basically said they had spent a lot of money and time without results needed for the case. These things we did not know - there was no follow up of any type with us. We learned things by calling and emailing several times - I believe it took us more effort to find the status of the case than there was movement on their part. This kind letter

The WORST law firm in the world! Charles Houssiere is a liar and Randal Kauffman is his incompassionate henchman. I trusted them and they screwed me ROYALLY! I had 2 personal injury cases; a wrongful death (nursing home abuse) of my mom and a. car accident in a 2015 KIA Sorento that had multiple defects which caused catastrophic injuries including a broken back, spinal injuries, head and neck, jaw, eye & ear injuries....I have partial hearing loss and vision - spent 40 days in Memorial Hermann learning to walk again. They held on to both my cases WITHOUT hiring any experts at all for two
