We all will most likely need to work with an attorney at some point in our lives. Whether you own a business, you are planning your estate, or purchasing your dream home, having an experienced attorney you can trust is imperative. At the Ward Arcuri Law Firm, we focus our practice in several aspects of law; estate and Medicaid planning, real estate law, employment law and corporate law.
Estate Planning is making a plan in advance, naming exactly to whom you want your possessions to go and naming who will be in charge of carrying out your plans after you pass away. Losing someone will be difficult for any of your beneficiaries, however, having to worry about the financial security of their inheritance doesn't need to be.
Most people do not know how to prepare a will, but Ward Arcuri Foley & Dwyer is prepared to help you and your family with this important document. Many do not understand the importance of wills and assume their assets will automatically go to their immediate loved ones in a simple process. Unfortunately, this is not true.

You are one in a million, best among many, most trusted, I almost gave up on trading then I met through a friend, Jane bradley the most trusted trading expert who helped the life of my family and I, I also recommended her to my friends and family member who also have become financially successful thanks to you ma'am, I have lost a lot but you gave… me hope and faith that forex and binary trade could help, and you proved it when I invested just $500 and earned $6000 in just a week, since then it has been profit after profit all week, I am arguing the entire public to invest and be financially

They gave me initial answers to questions, however considering the circumstances, a resolution wasn't reached. Also, their prices were unreasonably high(after speaking to out of town attorneys).

Feckless. Toxic. Cretins. Avoid.
After being charged with our estate planning, and after countless delays on their part, our family member died. Instead of acting with anything resembling humility or decency; they explained, pathetically, the burden of too many clients to effectively manage.
"I didn't expect them to die. We can't keep track of everybody."
Never admitted any fault and we now have the problem of reclaiming property after their passing. We'll be incurring additional legal fees in the process -- none of which will be paid here.
