We support nearly all data devices and our experienced technicians and equipment can retrieve data from most operating systems and drives. Whatever data recovery related issue you are facing, Nerd Rangers will perform a diagnostic before providing you with a no-obligation quote. If data recovery is possible, the recovered data will need to be transferred to an external drive.
Mail us your computer or hard drive along with contact information, return mailing address and a description of the problems you are experiencing. If you don't have your original computer box, don't panic. Use a plain cardboard box with bubble wrap or peanuts as padding.

From start to finish, our experience with Shuaib at Nerd Rangers was wonderful. We had discovered that one of our computers might have been hacked, and Shuaib was able to find the problem and fix it. Besides being very calm and competent while fixing this problem, Shuaib was also able to help us make our computers even more virus free. Equally impressive, Shuaib is an extremely good teacher and explained, clearly and concisely, how to use our various devices more effectively. This was the second place I took my computer to for data recovery after a failed recovery attempt - regret not coming here first! I was told that I would lose everything on my local drive, took it to one data recovery place who worked on the comp for a few days before telling me they couldn't access the data, yet Shuaib at Nerd Rangers was successful! Great service! I had an old external hard drive with years of priceless photos and videos. (Not smart of me to never have backed this up, by the way!) My hard drive crashed despite my futile attempts to recover it. I found Nerd Rangers and reached out to Shuaib expecting the worst, because I hadn't done a recent backup. Shuaib was amazing. The feeling of despair discovering your computer is suddenly unresponsive and all of its data potentially lost vs the elated high after getting a call that not only has the data but the device as well has been salvaged, will be an unforgettable experience for me. Working with Nerd Rangers was a great experience. I encountered the Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) on a laptop critical to my business. Shuaib was able to re-install Windows 10, getting me up and running the next business day. As a small business owner time is money and his fast service helped me out in a pinch. He also gave me advice on how to prevent this in the future. The price was right and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Nerd Rangers.

They saved my computer. I have an 5-6 year old gaming computer that was so slow it was useless. I was afraid it was dead. Nerd Rangers was positive from our first conversation. Replacing the hard drive and the clean up they did revived my old beast. It's running faster than it has in years. He communicated with me during the entire repair process. Really had a great experience working with Nerd Rangers. My small business had a bit of a tangled mess of e-mail domains and a website that were living on different platforms and needed re-organizing. Nerd Rangers helped guide me in a better direction on where to host those domains to make life easier and more appropriate to my company's needs. I suspected my GPU on my dell laptop fried and needed to be replaced. I dropped it off at Nerd Rangers who determined that indeed was the problem. The timeframe to order a new component did not work out so I just had the component removed. Although customer service was good, I was caught off guard with the price at the end. It was almost double that of competitors for what was done, with the reason being they had not worked with the laptop model before and it took them longer to disassemble. First off, I know absolutely nothing about technology, but when I couldn't take the slowness and the constant freezing of my computer, I knew I needed to get it fixed. Nerd Rangers was and still is the best!! Shuaib was able to take my unusable computer and make into a completely brand new one; the best part is it only took two days! A few days later, he checked in to make sure everything was working well like who does that?! If you don't take your broken electronics to Nerd Rangers, you're seriously crazy! 5 stars just isn't enough to show how awesome they are!

Glad I found this place. I was having computer issues and couldn't figure out what was wrong. After various attempts to fix it, I knew I needed an expert. I was hesitant to go to Geek Squad at Best Buy. The service technicians can be hit or miss and that is how I found Nerd Rangers. Shuaib, is the owner of the company and came to the house. He was very good at computers but he also was easy to understand. In other words, he used simple language when explaining the problem and possible solutions. He never made you feel incompetent and I was comfortable in asking him any questions.

I needed to get my MacBook Pro fixed urgently and contacted Shuaib for an appointment and he was able to accommodate me right away. He was able to help me with my problem in a very quick and efficient manner. He is extremely professional ,super friendly and knowledgable.
The location is very easy to find to and if you have trouble locating it, just give him a call while you are there and he will gladly help you. He actually came outside so we could find his store.

I haven't written a Yelp review in a while but in this case I'm more than willing to make an exception. I needed help taking the hard drives out of an old computer and they were enclosed in a fastened metal hard drive cage. I'm an engineer, but not a computer guy, so I only know enough to get myself in trouble. And I got myself in some Blue Screen of Death trouble, while in the process of adding an SSD to my desktop PC. Through friends and experience, I've also been trained to be highly skeptical of any technical service and computer repair companies. But Shuaib blew my pre-conceived computer repair notions out of the water!
