Services
We are Colorado Springs' only PUBLIC party bus and we are here to change Colorado Springs by supporting local business, bringing community together, and getting you out of your house and doing something different! That means you can choose from one of our public tours and just buy a $25 ticket or if you have a large group just rent out the bus and choose from one of our many awesome pre- designed crawls or work with us to design your own event!
Both buses are renovated school buses! Both have a 35 person capacity, are comfortable to ride in, have bar tops and one even has a VIP seating area! We have two awesome party buses to choose from! Each bus has its own unique style and feel while both are custom with an emphasis on bright colors, light atmosphere for a "not so trashy" feel.

What a fun why to avoid drinking and driving with friends. We did a onesie crawl for a friend's birthday and it was a wonderful experience. The crew kept the bus ride fun and entertaining between stops, and were helpful in all the ways.
Highly recommend to anyone who wants to explore the night a little differently.

The guide was awesome. I would never do it again. The decked out prison bus, was not what i expected. The tour took us to.. an American Legion bar(?) with one bartender, he was happy to have our money, but it was just him and he said he was not expecting all 40 of us, it took us an hour to get a drink.... we only stayed there for an hour. i had never partied at a nursing home before going there. The overall crowd was ok. I met a "crip" and "west-siders," who kept dropping the "n"-word" like they're black... embarrassing and rude. I would have liked for them to require vax-cards just because I sat

I have been on Local Motive's public events and rented the bus privately and it is always a blast! The employees are fun and helpful, the bus is cool and comfortable, and their events/themes are such a good time. Love the bus and can't wait for more events!

I rented the blue and white party bus for $1200 in total and got a yellow school bus with no air conditioning. Never got an email back for the Different bus. I could have paid my local school to rent their bus for my wedding. This is highly disappointing I hope that this doesn’t happen to future brides.

I booked transportation for my wedding with The Local Motive back in May. They cancelled my reservation 4 weeks prior to my wedding saying that their buses had power issues. The Local Motive did not call me to explain the situation. Rather, I received an email saying my deposit was being refunded with no explanation. This prompted me to contact The Local Motive to find out what was happening. Their customer service is terrible. Do not book through The Local Motive, they are not a reliable business.

I booked their school bus for my wedding to make sure my guests had safe transportation to/from the venue. Local Motive did a great job of communicating, staying flexible when we had to change the departure time and our driver Mike made sure everyone was safe when there was crazy 4th of July traffic to contend with! Highly recommend this company - most reasonable prices in town!
