Had an overall great experience with Dr. Ryan. The staff was very courteous and professional. Most important, the work they did, (two implants, to hold lower dentures) was very secure and I'm free of the hassle and pain.
The All-on-4(R) Treatment Concept is a one time charge. We take your dentures, either the dentures that you already have, or new ones that we create for you, and then surgically retain them with four dental implants. Decreasing the amount of bone loss because the implants serve as tooth roots, giving your bone some of the stimulation it needs to stay strong.
A dental implant is actually quite simple: it is a titanium post that we surgically place to serve as a new tooth root after a tooth has been lost. With this post, we can restore your function with a strong, stable, and long lasting restoration. The surgical placement of dental implants is a simple process if done by a dental professional who knows what they are doing.
If you are experiencing jaw pain or discomfort, the office of Dr. Ryan has experience treating issues that affect the alignment of your jaw and temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Dr. Ryan will examine your TMJ for irregularities during your comprehensive or periodic exam in order to detect signs of temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD).
Bone Health: We are able to view the health, density, and volume of available bone. If necessary, we can either make surgical arrangements for implantation in the healthier bone, or plan a simple bone graft. Facial Map: 3D image of the overall oral cavity and facial characteristics. This map will assist us in creating a surgical guide for the placement of dental implants.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a tooth extracted on December 13th at this office by Dr. Ryan. (I have been waiting to write this review to be certain I did not have to go back. I needed the "all clear" from my general dentist.) Dr. Ryan is the reason why I have a fear of dentists. I was checking in at 8 AM and sitting in my car crying at 9 AM. It was clear I was just a number and rushed through the entire process. (Maybe because I was not going through with an implant? I'm not sure.) Even one Dr. Ryan's assistants said they needed to remove a battery from him. I could go on and on,

I’m completely satisfied with Dr. Ryan and his crew. I came from bad work done by Dr. Ruvins from Nu-set. I had to get all new implants which was a success and opted to get permanent dentures to avoid all the hassles of all the pain an suffering I had endured. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan for all implant needs. He’s the bomb. Very knowledgeable and very kind. I can also say the same thing for his associate Dr. Hoffman.

I had a terrible tooth ache. Went to my dentist who referred me to an endodontist who found a crack in my tooth. At 2:30 they called several oral surgeons trying to get me in that day. Within an hour, Dr. Ryan removed that tooth and ended my pain. I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend him.

I was looking nearly three years for dental implants when I came across Mountain Oral & Implants. First time I felt at ease and confident in each person I met from Dr Ryan and Dr Hoffman to the anesthesiologist. I can't say enough about everyone in that office. I am a 72 y/o retired professional. I recently had a dental implant placed at Mountain Oral Surgery. I was very impressed with all of the staff. They were very knowledgeable about my procedure and answered all of my questions. The front office staff was very helpful when scheduling my appointment and answered all of my questions regarding dental insurance. The back office was very kind during my procedure and took great care of me. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan and his staff for any oral surgery needs.

Had a horrible experience with this place. Dr. Ryan was in such a rush. It felt like they were herding cattle and I was just another number. He has absolutely no bedside manner with his patients or at least me. If you’re going to take someone’s teeth out at least be a little compassionate.
Shortly after this experience Dr. Ryan’s office has reached out and has since been diligent to make things right. I appreciate all the effort on their part and I feel as though their integrity in providing good service for their customers is important. Thank you

I am not a person who gives out 5 stars. I believe everyone has room for improvement. Dr. Ryan and the staff at Mountain Oral Surgery work like a well oiled machine. I have to see many doctors on a regular basis and by far they are at the top of my list. They are kind, knowledgeable, empathetic and timely. Not once have I experienced having to wait for a long period of time. Not once did I feel like I was just another pay check. Not once did I feel unimportant. Rhianna took care of me as if I were her family sitting in that chair. Thank you.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ryan and his staff. I was incredibly nervous to have my wisdom teeth out as I’ve never had a surgical procedure before and don’t do well with pain and needles. At my consultation, Tia was the surgical assistant who did my X-rays and explained to me the procedure and she was fantastic. Dr. Ryan did a phenomenal job of walking me through the procedure, the healing process, and aftercare which helped ease my nerves. On the day of surgery, the surgical assistants who set up my IV and everything else were amazing. They did a fantastic job of walking

I recently went to Mountain Oral Surgery for a consultation regarding an extraction and implant. The office is beautiful and I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Dr Ryan and his assistant Nancy answered all my questions and gave me a clear idea of what to expect. I have since completed my extraction and bone graph without any problems and I am looking forward to getting my implant.
