I am pretty much what you would expect in a "Computer Geek" - except I do not sleep in the basement of my parents' home! I am happily married and only work in the basement at times. Since the mid-1980's I have had a fascination with computers and enjoy working with these great tools.

Me and my mom came here last month to get my laptop fixed. After I got my laptop back after two days, it works just like new again. Marc did such an amazing job fixing my laptop, I recommend this place to anyone that has any problems with there computers. Because now we found a new place were we can get our computer's fixed, we will definitely return here again if we have any problems with our computer's again.

Marc is great. His prices are very affordable and he knows what he is doing and how to save you money. Having done the kind of work he does in the past as the I.T. manager for a former company I know exactly what is going on and can readily tell good honest work from incompetent or overpriced work. I was frankly shocked at how little Marc charged for coming to my house and working on my dead laptop (don't tell him his prices are too low).

Marc has been a computer technician for my family for a few years. Today he crossed an unethical and unprofessional line as a business owner. He berated and harassed and bullied me about things that several of his other clients do as well. I will never work with Marc again and do everything I can to ensure that other people do not either. I do not tolerate bad behavior towards any customer - to which Marc replied “you are not a customer , you are a waste of time”. Great way to make a good name for yourself Marc! You lost a family of customers and more.
