If one of the spouses wants to move out of the U.S, the divorce becomes even more complex as international conventions and treaties between involved countries should be taken into account. Further, one does not have to get married to have a family. Upon brake up of a common law marriage or domestic partnerships, people go through the same ordeal as those who dissolve their marriage.
Each person has a choice either (1) to create a Will providing a directive on how her/his estate shall be divided between heirs and who those heirs are; or (2) rely on our laws to divide her/his estate. A well-constructed Will can reduce expenses and simplify legal proceedings. By using a Will you will tell the court your wishes on how your estate should be divided.
While studying at Seattle University Law School, Julia interned for Court of Appeals, Division II in Tacoma, Washington. Her responsibilities included researching law on criminal and other matters, drafting memorandums for Judges Robin Hunt and Elaine Houghton and serving as a bailiff during appellate court sessions.

NOT A LAWYER TO HIRE !!! Very inexperienced, made my case a mess. Mistake after mistake was made and cost me over $10,000 in lawyer fees in 3 months time. Julia is not familiar with the laws and rules in the court house. Every step with her was a learning experience not only for me but for HER as well. She never returns phone calls and emails can take up to a week for a response. When i brought up the fact im being charged for her mistakes, her reply was " I no longer will be your lawyer " basically robbed me 10k. This lawyer will only make a stressful situation much more stressful !!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
