We take our products very seriously. Not all materials compare to the high quality commercial grade materials used by Seal of Approval. We use 100 percent coal tar emulsion, considered amongst professionals in the industry to be the very best. We also add top grade products, such as Black Beauty Sand for traction, and add latexes for increased durability and quicker dryer times.
Each and every job is an important job to us, whether it's big or small. We use the same sealcoating process for small driveways, as we do for large commercial jobs. If needed we will heat treat oil spots and scrape off any excess residue prior to priming. We use a polymer-based emulsion designed to seal oil, gas, or grease stains.

Why can I still see oil spots? Generally if you can still see oil spots after our treatment it's likely that the saturation has compromised the integrity of the asphalt and needs to be replaced. Why can I still see the cracks in my driveway? Small cracks, called surface cracking, that only require sealer may still be visible, but they are sealed.
