As a Holistic Naturopath (HD) Brenda Grogan has lived through many of the same struggles as the families she serves. After serving in the United States Air Force she became a nurse. Thirteen years later her journey into Holistic Naturopathy began after she was prescribed anti-depressants and wanted a solution to the serious side effects she experienced.

Even as a child I could not enjoy the seasons. My immune system was so weak that any change in the weather would bring on a cold or the flu. As a young mother I would dread school starting because I would be the first to come down with "what was going around". Now as a grandmother, because of the things I've learned, I can enjoy each season with energy and health.

They attempt to empower individuals to regain the abilitiy to live in the best possible state of health by using methods and practices that they believe have been succcessfully applied for centuries and in many societies.
These BOOKLETS AND VIDEOS are designed for families to learn the natural modalities of healing that will give them the ability to care for their family's health needs. The booklets and videos will include the anatomy of each organ within the system, diseases associated with each system: Herbs, Vitamins, Nutrition, Bodywork, Energy Healing, Acupressure points, Color Therapy, Crystals, Tone, Aroma Therapy.

The Story behind this amazing blend began almost 20 years ago. When we first opened The Healthy Way our choice of produce line was made prayerfully. The oil line was decided upon and the amounts of the specific oils were purchased. When it came time to mix our blends we began with prayer. We asked for an oil blend that we could prepare and use in massage that would protect us from AIDS and HIV.
