We've been going to Welty's for literally decades. It's always been great, however my last two experiences were very disappointing. First, I went in to print a very long Word document but learned after it had been sent to the printer from my flash drive that they don't have Word on the machine so it converted it and completely messed up the formatting. Useless. No apologies, just 25 bucks wasted, no offer to reprint. Second, went in for LiveScan, which was very fast and efficientl but a very rude young woman who never made eye contact with me let alone spoke to me, basically ignored me except to

The service was just ok. The lady with prune body(someone from the side business told me: the lady on the prune body will help you) acted dry, while I was waiting; she was doing something else, acting very busy moving here and there and knowing that I was waiting, she didn't any detail of good customer service. Plus when I asked, she answered in a rude way. Not coming back. Target did a lot better on laminating, cutting and customer service.

Urgent! Pay close attention if you are a local Desert professional! This is not an actual FedEx drop off location that is guaranteed. They could actually come early and they don’t tell you that. They will gladly take your money for a priority overnight and then call you afterwards. If you have something important ,I highly suggest that you drive to Indian Wells where it is in authorized location for a Fed Ex and you are guaranteed on your pick up time.
