We hired MK Designers for a commercial project based on recommendations from a trusted friend. It is extremely hard to find contractors who deliver on their promise as far as deadlines are concerned. The job was completed in 3 months. Mike was at the job site daily supervising everything. He is knowledgeable in many areas including the architecture which is definitely an advantage. He follows up daily with his subcontractors to ensure you the job is done right and on time. His subs will tell you they enjoy working for him, as well. When my partner and I bought our house in the Hollywood Hills, we knew that it would require a lot of work to bring it to the celebrity standard that surrounded us. Wow! What a great experience. I have never met a contractor as professional and as passionate as Mr. Mike. It was truly a pleasure to work with him Not only he kept his promises, but he delivered prior to deadlines which is very rare nowadays.
