I took my Stihl MS250 in because it wouldn’t start! This saw has a total of 5 minutes run time and being a Stihl I had a hard time believing it wouldn’t run! After paying $42 for a “Diagnostic Test”, I was called with an estimate of $186 more to rebuild the carb, clean the exhaust port and put in a new spark plug! I declined the service because as I explained to the tech, it’s not getting any spark. I brought it home went on YouTube to find out about the ignition coil. It states it has to be gapped to .008. Removed 4 bolts, loosened 2 more, set the gap to .008 and put it back together

I dropped off a couple of Lawnmower blades to be sharpened on a Friday. The guy did not give me a receipt, just stated to come back Saturday by 1pm and ask for my blades. I came Saturday around 2pm of course they were closed. He didn't tell that they closed early. Anyway, when I came Monday to pick them up, they still were not ready. So, I waited around 30 minutes while they were being sharpened. I got a unpleasant vibe from this business. I won't be back.

I started off by calling this company and asking them how quick they can turn over a generator because of A upcoming camping trip. They said 3 to 4 days I said great and dropped it off a week before I needed to use it. After speaking with Tony several times to try to figure out what was wrong with it he continually said he call me back he didn't know the pricing as of yet to find out that they hadn't even looked at it until two days prior to when I needed to pick it up. When questioning him why are you barely looking at it a day and a half before it's got to be completed he said

Straight ripoff, The Mexican guy at the counter performed unauthorized additional labor services on my chainsaw, Charged me $65 to clean my chainsaw pully, I took my chainsaw in for a $35 inspection, After I complained about the unauthorized additional $65 he said ok bring cash and I'll charge only additional $50, That $50 was for his pockets, He's a ripoff and he's probably stealing from the owner, Why would he ask for cash to lower the price

Beware they misrepresent that they provide a discount to the Senior citizens in the local publication in Lytle Creek which is not true. I asked for it and was told it did not apply to my purchase. I explained that I read their ad and there were no exceptions listed. Spoke to some of the neighbors from the community center and was told that other residents had similar problems too including a couple of Board members of the community center.

I took my power generator to them to see if they could clean out my carberator because it had been sitting for awhile I new this cuz my next door neighbor sold it to me and told me he said it would probably be at lease $100 or less when I called a1 equipment they said it needed other items .To this day I believe they ripped me off.

This guy I been here a few times, I bring the part I needed and the guy looks at it and remarks,
'oh that part is old! '
I then ask for that part and he goes...
'It's like if you need a part for a Toyota and we only have parts for a Nissan. '
This guy acts like he knows what he says but does not treat customers properly. He is really rude, I asked to speak with his boss and he denied me that with more remarks not noteworthy.

This is the worst place for customer service. I left my chainsaw so they can give me a price to fix it and I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks until I called them. They told me they would call me back and never did. I ended up picking up the chainsaw and donating my 35$ to look at it. Never going back here again. Worst place to take something to get fixed. I would of gave them negative stars if possible...

Took my generator to get diagnosed I mentioned my on off switch was broken. I was told it need a valve job and carb cleaning. They had not even open my generator when I got there. I was told they pulled the cord and charged me 65 to tell me it would be $488 to fix the valves clean the carb and the switch was fine. I told them no thank you and took it to Sierra Lawnmower Service at 7695 Sierra ave. Fontana
Generator only needed a carb cleaning and the switch I thought was broke for a total of $200 half the price and great service

I've been going to this place for years with that being said I've been there for some after I stop by landscaping business. So I took my generator in to have it ready for church fireworks booth well it didn't happen so it's OK it was kind of last minute that was a chance I took. I took it in for to replace the cord because it was literally hanging on by a thread and I said you have it here let me know what a tuneup will cost for it at the same time so they charge me 88 bucks. So they called me and said it's going to cost over $300 if you want to do a complete overhaul of

This place is a rip off beware, we bought a saw there and it came out defective, after only 1 use it wouldn't start anymore at the store the manager gave a million excuses and after acknowledging what he was saying didn't make any sense the owner an old guy decided to barge in a violent manner and told my husband to leave his store, after calling the manufacturer they re assured what we already knew the representative told us his excuses were senseless. If I could give minus stars I would doit! I wouldn't even give them one star ! Brought my pressure washer in for warranty work took them over 6 weeks! Than the called the company instated of me! Tony gives attidude like he knows it all! The dont know what the doing! Half of my stuff is changed a filter was missing ! Never ever again ! Horrible service

Called and told them the situation with my lawnmower,they gave me a estimate of 45 to service it plus and parts. only to get there and be told something different. Now regardless if it was a misunderstanding or not.. during my conversation with the gentleman at the front (posted picture down below) he was extremely unprofessional and rude. I seen him turn away several people before getting to me.
As i was leaving loading up the trailer (witch they helped unload)
this guy follows me out and continues to be unprofessional laughing and stating

Went in today in need of new weed eater and power broom to clean my artificial grass. It was really dirty with debris from our wonderful Santa Ana winds. Spoke with Sales man Tony Morales and told him what I needed. Tony pointed me in the right direction and they had what I needed in stock. I purchased the STIHL Kombisystem with KM-BROOM Attachment and W/E Attachment. The equipment got the job done.

I purchased my first Chainsaw in 1993 Makita 65 in.³. Since then I have purchased four more. All are stihl chainsaws. One is the 850 Stihl.
My saws get worked hard.
I ran my Makita and wore it out at the Katrina Hurricane in New Orleans. Scott rebuilt it for free!
Because of where I used it. The saw is still in service today. I have always been treated fair. The service has always been excellent. I have had some issues and they always take care of the problem.

This place Rocks, The owner Scott Came out to my truck and talked me thru the options regarding repairing my equipment , and after I check on the internet he was spot on. his advice was to use it till it blew the motor than get a new mower. He explained that the cost to repair would be greater than the of the value of the unit after the repair was complete. He could have repaired and charge me, However he was honest, a RARE trait in business now a days. i will be back when my mower is dead to purchase a new one.
