We could not be any more satisfied with how our case was handled by Tim Tobin and his staff. From day one we felt like we found the right person. Mr. Tobin is knowledgeable, responsive, and makes you feel at ease with how the process will progress. Everything went exactly as he explained, even though he could never guarantee 100% what the outcome would be when we got to court. The flat rate for "basic" services is very fair and worth every dollar as well. Do not hesitate to give him a call!

Tim made my ticket disappear! Not only that he was upfront and honest with his pricing and what was possible. I would have paid triple to have the customer service he provided. He went over above and beyond in more ways then any lawyer should have to. For example answering the 986 questions I had without hesitation in an extremely timely manner, I didn’t have to go to court (which helped with the current family concerns I had going on), and always made me feel as if I was the most important client he had.
