So, I thought the first time was just luck. Didn't realize State Farm was writing homeowner's policies in Florida again, but figured I'd ask since my auto had been with them over 30 years. They saved me over 40% and bundled my auto which we saved money on, also. So, when a relative's house we are helping to put on the market was up for renewal at a very high premium, I told them to try my agent, Warren Middleton. I would like to thank the Warren Middleton team for a great experience! I was welcomed by Joe and Loli. Had a great conversation with them before meeting up with my account manager. This review is in regards to Libby. Libby was referred to me from a friend and during my short time working with her it has been such a pleasure. I have my auto and home insurance with State Farm and the process has been seamless. It’s totally hands off from my perspective, she has handled all bills/adjustments from my home insurance company. My agent's name is Loli, she is amazing. She could teach a class on customer service. Spoke to Warren to tell him how good the customer service was, he was also a pleasure to speak to. These people definitely know how to take care of their customers. They will always have my business. And don't bother shopping around for price, you won't beat theirs.
