Bash On Wheels was formed by Jake Overby in 2019, after the bus company he was working for suddenly went out of business. With over 10 years experience professionally transporting passengers, Jake decided he was ready to move on to the next step of owning his own party bus business. He bought an old school bus, fixed it up, renovated the inside for a better party atmosphere, and gave it a fresh coat of white paint.
After obtaining the necessary "for hire" authority from the State of Wisconsin and passing the annual State Patrol motorbus inspection, Bash On Wheels was officially on the road. After a successful first year with great reviews, we decided to add a second bus to our fleet. Jake takes great pride in keeping the buses clean, safe, and well maintained for the passengers who ride with us.

We require a $150 down payment with signed contract to hold your reservation which is refundable up to two weeks before event. Once you let us know you would like to book, we will email you an invoice with a link to pay the down payment OR full amount online. We use Quickbooks secure payment system so your payment info is safe.
Our buses are late model converted school buses. The advantage of this style vs. other styles is all about safety. School buses are literally the safest vehicle on the road, after all, they were designed to transport the most precious cargo! They are made from all steel construction with side impact rails that provide critical protection in the event of a collision.
Some companies charge a flat hourly rate and add extra "hidden" fees for travel time, fuel, gratuity or other related costs. We don't do it this way. Our pricing is customized to fit your specific needs and we already factor all related costs into your quote. What we quote is all you pay. The only exception is the driver's tip which you pay directly to the driver if they provided great service.

We used Bash On Wheels for our wedding on 5/1/21 and they were amazing! Arrived on time, early in fact. Which was perfect! The driver was awesome and fun as well. The bus was very clean and comfortable. We had about 18 people. Played our own music the whole ride using bluetooth. Highly recommend and will be back for future parties!!
