I really needed a new mattress and definitely waited too long! The thought of buying a new mattress with so many choices was overwhelming. The showroom was easy to figure out and with the help of a dedicated sleep expert I was able to pick out a new mattress that felt great and fit my budget. The best part was that it was delivered the very next day.
My only regret was not finding these guys sooner. We had the most incredible experience at Burlington Mattress! What a place! Not only did we find the perfect mattress that fits both of our sleep needs, but we found the perfect bedroom furniture at their adjoining store, Burlington Furniture! So worth the trip.

I recently purchased my first “real” mattress from Burlington Mattress and it was a great experience! Just saw an ad on my Instagram and decided to check it out. I worked with Bill and he was able to help me pick out the best one for me based off my sleeping habits and budget. Super effortless and easy to work with… they set up delivery too which was a huge help. Highly recommend!

A lovely showroom and a very eager sales person (Bill). We then did not hear a word about anticipated delivery. I called and left Bill several messages (both voicemail and email) and received no response.
I finally got a hold of someone and they helped me out and after I voiced strong disgruntlement about the lack of communication, things finally happened.

Two weeks after I moved back to the Burlington area, my kids decided to visit. I needed a mattress fast! Maria at Burlington Mattress was fantastic. She helped me select a reasonably priced mattress and arranged for delivery, with a foundation, the next day!
The store used TCB Moving & Delivery to bring me the mattress, and they too were amazing. They showed up exactly on time. When I mentioned that I'd tried to put an old frame together and decided it was useless, David Blow, the owner of TCB Moving, said "Let me see it". In five minutes he had the frame together, saving me money and stress.

We stopped into this location one Saturday and noticed that they had an adjustable mattress frame, a floor model, on sale for $1000 off. The Manager, Shelly O'Brien, demonstrated it for us. Incidentally, Shelly looked familiar to me, but at the time, I couldn't recall why.
The unit was missing the mattress retaining bars.
When we tried out the unit, the mattress slid partially off the frame, but Shelly assured us that they had the retaining bars, they just were not installed. After checking with the furniture store where we had previously purchased our mattress, and price checking

I visited a couple different mattress stores in Burlington, looking for a quality firm mattress at a reasonable price. The sales manager here showed me three mattresses in my price range, one of which was perfect. The salesperson was very professional, courteous and helpful. I purchased the incredibly comfortable mattress hassle free. I'd would highly recommend them!

This was my first time buying a new mattress, and I admit I was concerned about how it was going to go. Mattress stores have developed a tendency toward high-pressure sales that I was not eager to get involved in; at the same time, I didn't want to go the roll-pack internet-order mattress route, I wanted to try a number of mattresses before choosing one.
Burlington Mattress was the experience I was hoping to have. The salesperson never put any pressure at all on me, and didn't attempt to upsell me beyond the price point I was comfortable with. She just directed me to five or six mattresses
