All of our vacation rentals are located in the Hocking Hills of Ohio and are set in individual wooded secluded locations. Central to the State Parks which include Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, Cantwell Cliffs, Conkle's Hollow, Rockhouse, Lake Logan, Lake Hope, Rockbridge State Nature Preserve, and Rock Stalls Natural Sanctuary.
We offer limited pet friendly cabins and select with WiFi. All properties include well equipped kitchens to prepare and serve your meals, indoor stone fireplaces and some with outdoor fireplaces, private hot tubs, central air, electric heat and charcoal grills. Upon reservation you will be provided with additional descriptions outlining the cabin or lodge in proximity to their location with the address and detailed driving directions.

Cabins by the Caves offers several Indoor and Outdoor Private Wedding Ceremonies in the Hocking Hills, Ohio. We can accommodate wedding parties up to 40 guests and can also provide small reception services. Our wedding packages can be found below which include 5 hours at the venue. Had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Good information emailed ahead of time, emails reminding us of our reservation and policies. The housekeeper called a few hours ahead of time saying we could get in an hour earlier and that she left us some firewood. The lodge itself was immaculate: clean, well-stocked, and perfect for a getaway. Will be back someday!

We stayed at black birch ranch, it was an awesome little cabin. Perfect size for the two of us and a friend. Since it was dog friendly it was the perfect getaway. The hot tub was well balanced and clean, screened in patio made for no bugs while in the hot tub.
The floors inside were a little sticky, but since it's dog friendly I guess that's to be expected to some degree.
The couch was very well used, while it was pretty comfortable I think there was one spot that may have been 'broken in' to the fullest form.
Lastly, the beds were extremely noisy.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary by hosting a vow renewal at the Olde Homestead this weekend. The cabin itself was gorgeous and very clean. The wedding service that they provide is absolutely not worth your money. We were over promised and severely undelivered. The staff is highly unprofessional and their lack of communication throughout the whole process was frustrating and concerning. I was told my hair appointment was booked on two separate occasions. When we were 2 weeks out from our big day, I reached out to the person who it was apparently booked with and she had never

We got married at the Old Homestead on May 29, 2020. Cabin by the Caves did an AMAZING job at getting everything we asked for ready and prepared. We got a wedding package and for everything that was included in our package we did not have to worry about as the owners took care of everything!!.Hair and makeup came to the cabin as requested and was on time, but I also communicated with them prior to let them know what we wanted and they showed up on time and did an amazing job!! We just spent several days at the Blue Moon Cabin and we will definitely be return customers. The cabin was perfectly designed, absolutely beautiful, well stocked and very clean! Great location and private. Very relaxing - especially after hiking in the 100+ heat index weather.
Thinking next time we may bring the whole family and rent one of the bigger cabins!

My family and I stayed at Firefly cabin and loved it. The location was perfect. Away from traffic but close enough to main roads to get to things quickly. The cabin itself was inviting and relaxing. Comfy furniture inside and out. Clean and well cared for. And all the amenities were as they said. My family had a relaxing and fun getaway!

I spent a weekend with family at the chestnut chateau with my family and the place was great! Very relaxing and had everything we needed! There was no internet there which was no problem for us since we were trying to get away and relax. The only problem with the place was that you could smell the septic near the fronot of the cabin, but the back and inside you could not smell anything. Over a great experience.

We stayed at the Whispering Trees Lodge and had an absolutely wonderful time this weekend. A big, beautiful cabin to share with family/friends. Immaculately clean, and jam packed full of extras. Had no idea they had seasonings, olive oils, fully stocked (appliances, dishware, silverware, crock pot, pans, utensils, electric water kettle, coffee maker, coffee press, washer/dryer, vacuum, broom/dishpan, and more). The extra touches are what make this place truly special. Reading material, cozy blankets, puzzles, giant Jenga, grill, nightlights...just in general the owners have clearly gone to great

Thanks soo much Rusty! Recently we stayed at the Rusty Horse Lodge. Our family of 7 needed a quick getaway that would also allow for social distance. Cabins by the Caves was a great choice. The lodge was exceptionally cleaned and well stocked for whatever needs you may have.
Although the lodge is close to the road, noise and privacy were not an issue. Also, the backyard is not useable due to the steep terrain.
