Julie Schatz with JR Scott Insurance Agency was amazing! I had a need for home insurance and needed it quickly. I had several unusual needs and Julie worked to meet those needs with great detail. Unbelievably, she found a better deal with another agent and did all this legwork for me for free and literally overnight! We have use JR Scott for at least 25 years. They have always been professional, responsive and friendly. We even left to go with another agent once, what a mistake!!! It did not take a full year before we realized that there is no replacement for the personal service you get from an agent/agency that actually does care about their clients needs. They do more than sell insurance, they are still there after the sale.
