Transitional Computing, Inc. is an outstanding example of what an IT company should be, and Tom Jacoberger is a sound, honest businessman. TCI representatives always respond in a timely fashion, and they never leave our office until they have completed the necessary work. My company recently expanded into a second office location. Tom and the staff of TCI provided a smooth integration of all of our computer network systems. In fact, the overall function of our entire network has greatly improved since we switched to TCI. We recently retained TCI to replace our server and convert our email system to a cloud based system. They prepared us very well and we knew exactly what to expect each step along the way. Everything was completed seamlessly and has been running smoothly ever since the transition. It has also been great dealing with the Help Desk at TCI. For problems big or small, there is always someone there for a quick and accurate fix to our issues. We highly recommend TCI here at Marlande Heating. Thanks guys!
