First impressions: The entire house was extremely clean and sanitized. Very well done interiors, appropriate for the home, and extremely comfortable for the guests. Excellent views, with a terrific deck/outdoor space perfect for relaxing and taking in the scene! Well stocked linens/towels for bed and bath. A clean, well equipped kitchen, (not much of a pantry). OVERALL: We loved this property and all it had to offer. The location is great for us, an hour drive from Los Angeles. The home is comfy and cozy, while being open and airy at the same time. We stayed at Bella Vista in September 2021. It was lovely. The smaller house was brand new and gorgeous. The larger home could use a little renovating, especially the kitchen cabinets. The property was gorgeous, the tennis court was great, the location was very nice with a beautiful view. The house was well stocked and we had a great time around the fire at night and using the pizza oven. Neither of the coffee pots were working so we were a bit frustrated with that by the time new coffee makers were available on our last morning. We rented the Anacapa Cottage for 3 nights. It is clean with good beds and bedding. Bathrobes provided are sweet! Location is great for getting around S.B on bikes and a bit private off the street. We were there for annual boys trip. We were there with 6 guys. The house is better suited for 5 singles but I would have no problem going back to the same place again. Maybe that is because I got the master bedroom.....nice.

Impose any different terms or conditions or decline a reservation based on the guest’s age or familial status, where prohibited by law.
Paradise Retreats cancelled my reservation abruptly and without notification a week before traveling on the grounds of not meeting their minimum age requirement. Which is against policy and was buried in their listing and out of sight.

I am a property owner and have used Paradise Retreats as our Property Management Company. I would only use Paradise ..... they are fabulous and very professional. We have had many happy repeat guests .. who only have wonderful things to say about Paradise Retreats. If I were looking for a vacation property, I would only rent from Paradise .... as their portfolio is lovely and they are quite responsive respond to any problems that may arise.

We absolutely have loved our stay in the VRBO home by paradise retreats. The house was immaculate/clean, which is essential in this time of COVID-19. The house was also stocked with toilet paper, cleaning supplies, a wide variety of spices, top-of-the-line appliances and every kitchen gadget you can imagine from juicers to blenders. Aesthetically the home is beautiful with cheerful, positive decor and everything neatly labeled and organized throughout the house. We truly enjoyed our stay at Wine Barrel Cottage. It was like being at home away from home. Everything was very clean and the house is just the right size. We loved the garden and the patio with the fire pit. It was the perfect gateway for the whole family and we definitely recommended to anyone that wants to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time and, if you are a wine lover (like we are) it is the perfect location. Just a block away from all the wine tasting you desire!! We will definitely come back!

I am not sure where the unfavorable comments are coming from? We worked with Paradise Retreats on a short term rental in the Mesa area of Santa Barbara and had a great experience. Their entire team was prompt, courteous and professional. They offered exceptional customer service. The property itself was meticulously maintained and it was a pleasure to work with them. We were completely satisfied with our experience from start to finish. Their team didn't just meet but rather exceed our expectations and I recommend them without any reservation.

My husband and I rented a beautiful property through Paradise Retreats 2 years ago and had a seamless experience with Paradise Retreats. Everything worked very well! Two days ago, we signed a Reservation Agreement and paid the required 25% deposit to rent another one of their properties for a month for next winter. Paradise Retreats acknowledged electronic receipt of our Agreement. I even spoke to one of their agents 1 day ago and verified with her that all documents were submitted successfully. Basically, my husband and I were all set, or so we thought. This morning I received an email from Paradise
