We called and requested a taxi for 12:30 for a fifteen minute drive to some vineyards from our hotel. They said it would arrive between 12:30 and 12:45 but the taxi did not arrive until 1:10 (which took time from our tasting). Additionally the drive was 6.4 miles and we were told $3 a mile. When the ride finished we were told the ride was almost 10 miles and cost $31. Seems like they charged for driving the taxi to the hotel on top of the ride to the vineyard.

My car broke down and I had to get to work on time, so I decided to give their service a try. Very nice people, super friendly, and helped me get to work on time. Honestly, better than Uber, Lyft, or any taxi service here in Santa Rosa. What’s even better is that they are family owned business. 10/10 would recommend this service if you’re looking for a luxurious car ride.
