Small but helpful and competent team in Martin and Will. Got us up and running with a Regency fireplace insert and then went above and beyond helping with the installer after problems with a previously delinquent installer (highly recommend using their contracted installer, Chimney Doctor and not any outsiders). Highly recommend this team!

Wonderful customer experience. What generous helpful employees. My questions were answered, with great patience and Martin went over and above to check on my stove and make sure it worked well. Worst experience ever!
Poor Customer service and lack of communication.
Only interested in charging my credit card. One charge without any notification or approval. Once you authorize the deposit, you are on your own. Then they can charge your card without notice, without a final bill.
No input on build out, options, condescending, unhelpful.
