Drove 30 minutes to pick up food. I got home and realized they had forgotten two items. It was a fairly big order so I missed it when I checked the bag (my bad, I know). I’ve been trying to call for an hour and twice it sounds like someone answers and then hangs up. At this point, it’s not worth driving another 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back, but it would have been nice to at least have to option of speaking to someone to get the items missed.

Stick to the simple dishes and they are pretty good.
Tried one of the Chef Specialties and it did not go so well.
This is what I ordered.
Amazing Chicken
Bite size morsels of lean chicken served w. snow pea, red peppers, water chestnuts, mushrooms & baby corn in a savory amazing sauce.
Sounds yummy. What I got was missing snow peas, red peppers, and water chestnuts. Instead it was loaded with onions and carrots. More onions and carrots then chicken.
I am just sticking to the simple things here from now on.

I ordered from this place twice and both times they gave me the wrong food. The 1st time I ordered beef lo main and they gave me chicken lo main. I ordered in person so I thought maybe they didn’t understand me. The second time I ordered online and I asked for house special rice and for chicken rice for my lunch menu and they gave me shrimp rice instead of chicken, my FIL is allergic to shellfish so we’re lucky that we caught the shrimp rice on time. It seems like when you order from their lunch menu they just give you whatever they want to give you not what you ordered. I will not be going

Some dishes here are quite good, some are not. If you order the right thing, you're going to be very happy, if you don't...well...ya know.
The chicken sticks here are probably my favorite in the Poconos. They don't use the red dye and make them look all fake, it's just quality meat from the broiler. When you're trying to go low carb, grabbing an order or two of those on the go is awesome.
The wonton soup is just okay, I wouldn't order it again. The broth has mild flavor and the wontons themselves were just alright.
The scallion pancakes are dense. They're practically like regular pancakes. I
