I first consulted with Justin Fappiano while working on my wife's application for permanent residency before we had gotten married, so that we could make arrangements with the date of the wedding and when to file for the permanent residency. I've had some experience in working with USCIS and felt confident we could do this process ourselves, but I can't describe the peace of mind that Justin afforded us when we ultimately decided to hire him. I had a chance to work with Justin Fappiano and I can tell I was the luckiest. He is very organized and focused on the case. He prepared every single document for my Green Card application and there was no problem at all. He knows what he is doing, he is a great lawyer. Justin is professional yet very down-to-earth. I was referred to him by a family member for help obtaining permanent recidency for my husband. He was open and honest with us from our initial consult with him up until my husband received his green card. His fees are reasonable and he worked with us to layout a payment plan. We were very lucky that Justin was our immigration lawyer. My wife and I were looking to get a visa for my mother. She lives in Mexico and with all the political rhetoric we were skeptical that we would be able to get her here. We contacted Justin anyways and he quickly eased our minds. He and is team quickly handled the paperwork and within a month mom was at the UCIS office in Mexico City where her Visa was approved.
