I represent individuals, families and employers seeking benefits from USCIS, and individuals in immigration court proceedings. I also handle all types of immigration appeals. Born in New Haven. Developed an affinity for foreign languages during homestay experiences in Guatemala and Japan. My career has given me an appreciation for the role immigration has always played in making the United States one of the best countries on earth.

I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently chair the Connecticut Chapter's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Liaison Committee. AILA members from out of state are welcome to contact me with Hartford ICE-ERO questions. Cancelled interviews/naturalization exams/biometrics appointments should be automatically rescheduled.

Mr. Fappiano is knowledgeable lawyer in the areas of criminal and immigration law. He treats his cases with great attention to details and takes care to explain complexities of the laws. He is an active member of the legal community and highly respected by fellow attorneys.

I first consulted with Justin Fappiano while working on my wife's application for permanent residency before we had gotten married, so that we could make arrangements with the date of the wedding and when to file for the permanent residency. I've had some experience in working with USCIS and felt confident we could do this process ourselves, but I can't describe the peace of mind that Justin afforded us when we ultimately decided to hire him. Yes there is a cost to hiring an attorney, but in this day-and-age, having someone, like Justin, to make sure that everything is in order and

I had a chance to work with Justin Fappiano and I can tell I was the luckiest. He is very organized and focused on the case. He prepared every single document for my Green Card application and there was no problem at all. He knows what he is doing, he is a great lawyer. He also prepared me and my husband for the interview very well. Thanks to him I got my approval the next day! I really appreciate his work and effort he made for us. I'd highly recommend him.

My wife and I had a chance to work with Justin and it has been a great pleasure working with him. He took our case and simplify for us. He was very professional but at the same time he explained the situations, outcomes, mitigation plans very well, we didn't have to think and/or worry about our case. I would recommend him to anyone.

Justin is professional yet very down-to-earth. I was referred to him by a family member for help obtaining permanent recidency for my husband. He was open and honest with us from our initial consult with him up until my husband received his green card. His fees are reasonable and he worked with us to layout a payment plan. He's always available to answer questions and made this stressful process effortless for us. Thanks to Justin my husband and I can move forward with our life!

We were very lucky that Justin was our immigration lawyer. Not only is he a great human being - kind, compassionate, ready to answer our most obvious questions and soothe our anxieties about the immigration process - he is also a terrific lawyer. He thought of absolutely every little detail, prepared a solid dossier, and the immigration application process went as smoothly as could be. We felt even luckier after hearing horror stories from friends who were going through the same process: paying for lawyer fees every time they spoke to their lawyer on the phone, their application being delayed because

My wife and I were looking to get a visa for my mother. She lives in Mexico and with all the political rhetoric we were skeptical that we would be able to get her here. We contacted Justin anyways and he quickly eased our minds. He and is team quickly handled the paperwork and within a month mom was at the UCIS office in Mexico City where her Visa was approved. Thanks Justin!!!!
