Rude customer sevice.. called to speak to someone in regards to some equipment that was order for a patient. Owner answered the phone and told me they were closed. It was 3:15pm ask if they were not open until 430 and he told me since he was the owner he could close the office whenever he wants to!! Told him that I would let my patient know that and that my patient might want to look into another company to service him and the OWNER OF MED SYSTEMS SAID GO RIGHT AHEAD THAT HE DIDNT CARE!! so that right there shows how much this owner cares about his bussiness and how he treats his customers. So
