Terrible. Been lied to twice that a needle for carb was sent to find out it was a lie and it was never confirmed sent and made excuses of back order and something else. Fact is it’s lack of effort because I’ve found the parts myself on internet in couple spots. Meanwhile it’s been over 3 months my carb is held hostage and no end in sight. In called for. I ask for it back and got a line about can’t cause it’s all tore apart. No I’ve talked with a number of people who said similar stories of something simple taking months and months.
