Our self service side is fully attended with staff on hand to help with a smile, and we're proud to offer the only pick-up and delivery service in town.

We have all size machines, for your smallest load to your largest loads. Star Laundry has large tables and lots of seating for our self-service laundry customers.

The laundry has the oversized machines to wash bulky items like king sized comforters, washable pillows, pet beds.
The staff are always on duty and will assist with change for the machines or extra supplies.
Although I have not used their wash and fold service, I have observed the process and have no issues with the level of care the staff uses with customers laundry.
The place is becoming a bit shabby and run down looking, but is kept clean. I did observed staff and customers observing basic pandemic mitigating procedures.
The laundry is convenient for elderly mobility impaired customers.

The employees are always nice and respectful. The machines are always super clean and my cloths never smell musty. When ever a machine breaks the gentleman always fixes them quickly or disables them and puts a sign on. The detergent doors on top seem to be cleaned frequently, I mean they have very little build up in them. I go here weekly and refuse to use any other laundry mat in town.

These guys are a pipeliner's dream come true. They are kind, quick, professional, and highly affordable. For as long as I am in Carthage or Henderson they will be my go to for laundry service. Especially with the 7/12's we are about to start putting in. Gonna get all my tie in crew to at least give them one try. Highly suggest y'all do the same.

I was devastated when my washer went out and I had to find a laundry mat while waiting on a new one. Turns out this is the way to go...all my laundry is done in just over an hour and it doesnt smell like I did it at the laundry mat! Very pleased! And Miss Rachel is a sweetheart and friendly!
