I'll preface this by saying I've never written a review in my life, but as a consumer and a business owner myself, I think it's my duty to warn others. Stay as far away from this woman as possible. At the time I hired her, I told her I'd be purchasing log slices and votives to go along with my centerpieces. She responded with "I have those for rent" to which I replied, "oh ok, awesome!" We also talked about including certain flowers and excluding others. When I reviewed the contract it stated a certain number of centerpieces and I thought nothing of it.

Received flowers for Valentines day. Flowers looked like they were old. One was broke and just stuck back in the vase and the next day the petals started to drop. The leaves on the flowers were wilted and some were yellowed and a few had brown spots. The arrangement looked like someone just shoved a dozen flowers into a vase, no visual appeal or care was put into the arrangement. The vase opening was too small for this bunch of flowers. Very disappointed. The card that was included was handwritten but was hard to read the persons writing.

Don't bother reading the reviews on The Pearl and The Petal Facebook page or website. The owner has friends write most of the "good"reviews and removes most bad reviews. Then she threatens people if they don't remove them themselves. Desi Parker the owner way over promises and when you call her out on it she goes nuts. She didn't hire enough help to work at our daughter's wedding. I spent the entire night chasing her down. Then the cake I paid to have made by a local cake company did not make the cake. Desi went and got one from the local grocery store! I was able

We decided to rent this venue out for my best friends wedding and everything seemed great. Two days before the wedding the wedding planner texted the bride to be asking what cake she wanted and what she wanted her bouquet to look like because she got a new phone and lost the pictures. That is very unprofessional. We get there the day of the wedding, the cake was late and once it got there it wasn't even what she had asked for, there was stuff everywhere and nothing was done. She finally pulled it together last minute, which stressed us all out, then after the wedding when we came back to the

I would give this place a zero if possible. We rented site unseen due to reviews we saw on Facebook. My daughter actually got to see the place in person in May. It was trashed but since it was off season I told her that it was just probably being remodel which is what the owner told me. Fast forward to day of wedding no change. I was horrified at what I saw when I walked into the place. Everything was dirty and in complete disarray. I realized then people were living there. There was a dog on the bed that the bride and groom were to sleep in. Dirty dishes everywhere. She kept telling
