Bought a fridge about four how to deliver by five. Had a little problem with the doors, they brought me a new one. They staying behind what they sell. Love my new Maytag side-by-side refrigerator. All of people were friendly and willing to help. We will return to Washburn's.

Very nice and helpful staff. I’ve been in Mena and DeQueen stores. I paid for my appliance and the delivery fee along with installation. The men did an excellent job. Thank you Teresa for a pleasant experience. She had a recliner brought from the other store in DeQueen saving us some travel time and held it until the weekend for us. If you can't find what you are looking for at Washburn's then something is wrong! Never would you expect to find such a variety and quantity of home furnishings under one roof and in a town of less than 6000 people. Beautiful store and wonderful staff.
