This project provides for the improvement of the North Spokane Corridor by constructing three lanes in each direction. Near Cle Elum, WA, we are doing the rehabilitation and painting of two bridges on Interstate 90. Bellevue, WA: The E340 Project is part of Sound Transit's 14 mile East Link Extension, which will bring Link Light Rail to the cities of Bellevue and Redmond.
