Palestine RV Park Is just 3 miles Southeast of downtown Palestine, Texas.

We are a short distance from major grocery and retail stores, resturants, and medical facilities. We currently have 27 sites with full hook-up amenities offered are 50-30 and 20 amp power outlets are available at all of our sites. We are a top rated gated park with reasonable prices and our Amenities at Palestine RV Park include our picnic area with fire pit.

Under new management so I see those issues taken care of. This will not stop us from coming back though.

What a great place . Small but very quiet , and a spotless park. Huge pine trees through the park . I had no issues with the access with a 40’ 5th heel, with a gold cart in tow. The owners are so kind and accommodating . Stayed one night, wished it could have been longer

An oasis of wooded calm off the road just a few miles. Wonderful owner/hosts there to help make your stay fantastic. Strong ATT cell signal.

Angela & Lonnie operate a very nice and quiet park with security gate....very helpful with getting set - up . Park is well kept with Laundromat and pull through sites available, good location for visiting Palestine....enjoyed it and would highly recommend there service!

Real beautiful RV park. But cell phone service was spotty and there’s no Wi-Fi. Not too well-maintained, there was a bench that was broken in half, a dryer that didn’t work, etc. But real nice people. Seems a little pricey for what you get.

My experience here: No WiFi and very poor cell phone service, heard nearby gunshots one night, train at night blowing whistle, dryer stole $2 of quarters (not working), site next to road was a bit noisy, chainsaw noise one day, was quoted a price then had my credit card charged with a 5% surcharge for credit card price. I had given them my credit card only to reserve a space. Was never given the opportunity to pay cash.
Strange rules you must agree to include things like: “Quiet time is from the time you arrive until the time you leave” & “Do not emit sound beyond your space” & “we don’t

Secluded yet very close to town
Quiet, peaceful.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here! My first RV solo trip and the owners were so kind and helpful. They met me at the gate to navigate the entrance, helped me with my hookups and even checked in with me over my stay to make sure everything was ok. The scenery was lovely. The site is clean and incredibly quiet. I can’t wait to go back!
