Services
In 1984, Gemi Trucking, Inc. was founded in Eatonton, Georgia by Gene Adams who currently serves as president and owner of the company. Originally, Gemi Trucking was an earth moving company and gradually expanded into a food grade bulk carrier. Today, Gemi Trucking offers domestic and international shippers first-class motor carrier services.
Gemi Trucking' s facility is strategically located approximately 4.8 miles to the Georgia Ports Authority's Port of Savannah Terminal and conveniently located within minutes of approximately 10-plus import distribution centers/ area manufacturing plants to allow for the fast and efficient transportation of port related cargo.
Gemi Trucking's sister company, Ocean Link, Inc. is located approximately 4.8 miles from the Port of Savannah and offers warehousing, storage and on-site CSX rail service to assist Gemi Trucking shippers. Gemi Trucking and Ocean Link is available to provide value-added services to include but not limited to stuffing, stripping, packing, crating, and shrink-wrapping.
