This company always delivers what they promise, they are a no risk contractor. I have used them many times to complete beautiful glass enclosures for customers and I have never had a complaint. I set up an appointment with Steel City Glass for an estimate and they never showed. I missed work waiting for their appointment, they could have at least had the consideration to call and say they were not going to come. I left a message and never even got a return call to say what happened. Totally rude and not a good way to do business!
