It takes a lot to impress me but this company did such a wonderful job.
I was extremely impressed with their:
1. response time to my inquiries
2. punctuality at drop off and pick up
3. thoroughness of paperwork
4. cleanliness of bounce house (looked like new)
5. commitment to safety (they checked out bounce house on site and used all the stakes)
6. professionalism of staff
They even provided other birthday supplies that I needed but hadn't obtained. Simply amazing.
