Ohh Kim was SO pleasant until the next day when I told her that my significant other decideee to change policies without informing me. She then called me and I informed her of the information I obtained 20 minutes prior. She then decides to get snarky with me and tells me that I should’ve called her sooner and HUNG UP ON ME! Not sure where everyone else is from but where I’m from that’s NOT professional or a rep I would want friends or family to work with. I will also be calling all state and letting them know about her actions in representing their company.

I have been to many insurance agencies and this one is the best by far. Kim was the one who helped me and she made me feel like family. Her greatest concern was that I got the best coverage for situation. She even did work while I wasn’t there and called me back with a deal that was very affordable. It wasn’t about getting my money. It was about what was best for me and at the most affordable price. I’m a lifer here!

I purchased a home from Karen Magill with Magill Real Estate last year. Their office was clean and easy to locate, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
