A contingency search allows a client to use a professional search firm to help them find qualified candidates with no out of pocket expenses up front but only when a candidate is hired and starts. The main objective of a contingent recruiter is to qualify many candidates and resumes as possible and send them as quickly to multiple clients before their competitors do.
During this period, was responsible, for placing candidates across the Accounting / Finance / Audit spectrum, in corporate and national CPA firm accounting positions. Starting in the fall of 1990 my firm was engaged by a major QSR entity, to locate 4 key Real Estate Development Directors. The searches were very successful, launching the firm into Real Estate Development, with a focus on QSR entities.
