I am so impressed! I called yesterday to arrange for a service call for a fireplace that wouldn’t light. Brandon suggested a DIY fix to try first to save me the service fee. It worked like a charm! They didn’t do the original install, but based on the integrity of this brief encounter I would recommend them and use them in the future. Thank you!

Peter Webster assessed the install and helped me understand everything from beginning to end. No matter the challenge, he kept a fun smile on his face the entire time, explaining everything being done and every step. I felt extremely comfortable having such a professional install my fireplace insert, especially the amount of detail I was given to understand the ins and outs of my new system. Fire Place Ltd is absolutely wonderful in all aspects. From the first time I called for help with gas fireplace to the day that Taylor came out to install the new glass front on my gas fireplace. Very poor customer service for a past customer. Purchased a direct vent fireplace from them 15+ years ago and it stopped working. All the person on the phone would offer was a $169 service call but most likely can no longer get parts as the brand we have has been sold 3 times....so does that mean no one should ever buy anything with the chance the company will sell???
