When the temperature in our office building was 50 degrees and dropping at 4 o'clock on a Monday morning, we knew we had big trouble. So we put in a call to Grosse Mechanical -- their people were here within the hour. They quickly traced the problem and showed us how to override the system in an emergency.

Grosse Mechanical was our HVAC/Mechanical contractor and a highly professional one as well during the construction phase of our restaurant. We had contacted multiple HVAC companies, but Grosse was the only business that truly instilled confidence in us during their initial appointment. They were able to work with and manage the (crazy) code requirements that are out there nowadays, whether it is international code or local code.
