What is "Windstorm" and how can you protect yourself? Windstorm is a certification process, regulated by the Texas Department of Insurance, that mandates both how a door is constructed and how the door must be installed to be considered "In Compliance."
Windstorm Certification is required by insurance companies before they will issue an insurance policy on a house and more importantly it means that your house will be in much better condition to weather a traditionally devastating storm.You can protect yourself and your home by ensuring that your overhead door is Windstorm Certified.

The two young men assigined to fix my garage door opener arrived on time and began working immediately to replace the spring on the door.....one spring had snapped into two pieces and they recommended that the other spring should be replaced also. I fully agreed with their "professional" opinion. With both springs replaced they then proceeded to function test the equipment and quickly discovered that the controller was approximately 4"/5" out of alignment. After effecting the realignment of the controller (that had been installed when the house was built) they

I was very impressed. Making the appointment was seamless, and was not a long wait time for the scheduling date. They were willing to work with my work schedule as to not waste anybody’s time.
The installation team was on time. The young gentleman were courteous and polite. They answered all my questions. Installation was complete in a timely manner and cleaned up after the installation. I would definitely recommend.

Great communication with Chuck on scheduling my appointment for service /and repair of my overhead garage door.
Michael and Michael were fantastic, very punctual and thorough on the job. They gave me information on upkeep and maintenance of my door, assisted with connecting the garage door with my car so that I can open from the inside of car(technology)!!!! They were very polite and cleaned up after the work. Highly recommend this company

Excellent excellent excellent! This company comes through every time with swift response to my calls for help, (Chuck set my appointment within 24 hours) efficient and skillful work, respectful manner.
Today, Michael and Phillip were top notch, safe, smart and clever engineers who diagnosed the problem and fixed it in just a few minutes! They were patient to fix everything I asked them to do. I couldn't ask for more.
A few years ago, Texas Overhead Door installed the garage door with expertise and finesse. I knew when I called them they would resolve the problem quickly and well.

Showed up on time did everything that they said they would do. The guys that were here were professional and did a great job. They explained everything about the new door,how to set it up on the phone, just really good service from start to finish. I'm used to just good enough here in Corpus but I was pleasantly surprised, highly recommend.

We just rebuilt our home after Harvey destroyed the original. We had 4 doors installed with outside door openers and even able to open from our iPhones.
We needed a little tweaking to one door that squeaked some and def. needed help programming the doors.
Called and talked to Christy (I think) who answered the phone and took my message, issued a ticket number and said someone would call back. I didn't really expect much to happen. Sure enough, Chuck called shortly after and said he had someone in Rockport and they would come by. 45 minutes later he showed up and took care of everything

Texas Overhead Door was recommended to me by a local home builder in Port Aransas. I talked to Chuck at 8:30 in the morning and he got me on the schedule for that afternoon. The sorted out a list of small issues on 3 different garage doors and openers and have them running quite and smooth. I am very happy with the results and the value.
