Wonderful couples massage. Booked a manicure and pedicure and was charged for the manicure and pedicure when they did not have anyone available for SNS when I had SNS on my nails. Will not be back. The girl that checked us out was very rude and rolled her eyes several times.

Last minute appointment for New Year's Eve ball. Updo was beautiful! Atmosphere is always pleasant. Ask for Mallory!

This was my first time visiting Nouveau for a haircut & will not be my last. Great experience!! Can’t wait to try the Spa services next.

Jaime cut/styled my hair and I am quite happy with the results.
They have a myriad of services here, very friendly place, clean and brightly lit making it an inviting environment. I haven't had the other services yet however will be embracing some of them at one time or another.
Ample parking and great location.

Amy has done foiling and color twice for me and twice she has outdone herself! I have alot of natural curl she recommended new products that actually make my hair feel amazing. Atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Good parking, no wait.

This is my favorite salon and spa in Mobile. They do amazing massages and facials, but also nails and hair. They do it all! And all so well. I’ve since moved to Fairhope but still make the 40 minute drive to Nouveau for massages and facials.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. I went here Saturday with a bridal party. I had my hair, makeup, and nails done. My nails aren't terrible, but if you really look at them you'll notice that there isn't polish on my entire nail, and the woman, I believe her name was Amy, didn't do a great job of cleaning polish off of my cuticles. Next was hair. I can't remember the lady's name who did my hair, but she was very sweet and did her best to give me what I asked for, but it just wasn't at all what I wanted. I wanted loose curls and waves, and she used a straightener on my hair, which took away

My daughter sent me and my husband to this wonderful place on our 21st anniversary for a couples massage. It was wonderful. They are so professional and good with their hands. Try them out. You will not regret it and you will be hooked. Now 📞 and get that appointment. They are waiting.

Mallory W. normally cuts my husband’s hair and always does an amazing job, but today she gave my son his first hair cut. She was so patient with him and made sure it was what we wanted. He looks so great, and all the staff was so friendly while we waited!

I came to the salon after a hard day. I felt like the most important person in room. All the staff were professional but excellent conversationalist without compromising the relaxing experience. My nails look great, my face was pampered and my message helped me relax from an emotional day. For the price, I found the experience, service and ambiance fully worth the money and I will be back!

Got my eyebrows waxed and the girl left a bunch of wax in my hair that I had to go home and wash out. Did a decent job on my brows but nothing to rave about.

If your looking for a permanent hair salon this is it, Mallory Watson is the only lady I’ll take my family too . She’s very experienced and friendly.my husband refuses for anyone else to cut his hair besides her. She’s great with my son and we have never left there without being completely happy with our haircuts!

Fantastic!!!!!! Great care and such attentive staff. They immediately greeted us heartedly and warmly. We were taken care of like they knew us personally and made sure we were comfortable. Worth every dime. Affordable massages and treatments.

The thing you will notice when you walk through the doors of the salon is just how happy everyone is to be there. David & Melita have put together a talented and loving team of stylist! Definitely go check them out, there is nothing quite like them in Mobile!

I have nothing but good things to say about Devin here at this salon! She is amazing and has worked wonders with my hair. Appointments here are easily made and they give you friendly appt reminders.

Devin always takes time with my consultation to make sure I get what I want. This last visit she did some amazing color work adding depth of color to my hair!

I cannot express how much I love NouVeau enough. My mom and I have gotten our hair cut here by the same guy (Jamie, he's fantastic) for nine years. Recently we got massages here as well and we were definitely impressed. It was a neck and should massage, half an hour for $40. We will definitely be making that a regular thing. They recently moved and their new space is so beautiful. You can be assured you're in good hands here.

Great experience for my first Brazilian wax. It has been quite some time since my visit and I have forgotten my technician's name, but the atmosphere was very quiet and tranquil. She talked me through the entire experience and explained how to take care of everything afterwards. Reflecting back, the wax was hard which required extra tugging and I wish she had trimmed me before hand, but overall a great experience. I am only docking a star because of the price. It was more expensive than I would have liked to pay. I would suggest taking some ibuprofen before hand for any first timmers.

Unsanitary waxing. Was there recently for a Brazilian, mani, pedi. It wasn't until we finished that I noticed only one spatula on the table. There were none in the trash. She used the same spatula the entire time. She also does not use hard wax. The pedi was well done but the manicure was sloppy. She was more interested in looking out the window at who was driving through their parking lot then focusing on what she was doing. The tips of my nails were crooked and multiple nails had significant chips in less than 24 hours. FYI spa at the IP is incredible at waxing.
