We signed a good size contract with Lux including waterproofing & egress windows for our basement. They haven’t start the work yet but everything going well! Tony came in the inspection visit, he was on time, very friendly and easy going person! During the process, Chris was on touch and kept the communication going well!

Dependable! Trustworthy! Sincere! Precise! There are honestly not enough positive words to describe how thankful we are for LUX Foundation Solutions! They literally saved us thousands (and thousands) of dollars!
We were in the middle of our home inspection when we discovered a crack throughout the foundation of our potential new home. Knowing we had very limited time to get a foundation expert to examine the severity of the crack, our home inspector suggested we find someone NOW… 4:00PM on a Friday afternoon in the rain. (UGH!)

From start to finish, LUX has been excellent to work with. They were responsive when they came for the assessment. Matt was thorough and thoughtful. When I had a ton of questions about the process, he was very helpful in answering the questions so I could understand why their process was different than other quotes, including a great warranty. When we decided to book, the first available was almost six weeks out (it’s been a really rainy spring so I imagine they are busy!). However, I told them to let me know if there were cancellations and they did. I think we bumped it up 2 times before they

We had a terrific experience with Lux! Matt Fink, the Foundation Specialist, was very professional before, during, and after our appointment. He phoned 1 hour ahead of our 10am appointment to confirm, he arrived timely, and was very polite. He wore a mask and properly practiced social distance which we appreciated. He performed a thorough examination of our exterior foundation taking particular note to the areas the real estate home inspector had noted.
