Small property with chainlink fence on its border. Tight docking if there are other trucks there. No guidelines to help you back, better be on your A game when you arrive. One way in, same way out. No available restrooms for drivers.

They left a $1000 vanity on the street beside the mailbox. They didn’t return the (2) messages I left attempting to coordinate the delivery. Also, they didn’t call ahead of delivery. Buncha nimrods

Just as an FYI to all, M&M Transport Inc out of Greensboro NC is a full truckload carrier and does not partner with LTL Carries ( Estes, Road Runner) and we do not do residential deliveries. We apologize to hear the service failures you are receiving but it isn't us.

Ordered shelves through Home Depot and M&M was contracted to deliver them. This company has yet to deliver and have been very dishonest as to why. I do not recommend M&M or Home Depot for hiring them to deliver their products.

Has had my shipment for 12 days. Still not delivered! They don’t answer their phone calls, nor do they return messages. Not sure how they stay in business.

I was provided with a tracking number that did not work. They would not answer their phone or respond to voicemails. The delivery driver was very rude. He left a message yesterday that someone would have to be at the house at the time of delivery. We asked if he would call at least 40 minutes prior to the delivery time, he said he would. He did not. Instead, he called and said he would be there in 3 minutes. No one had time to get to the house with the short notice, as I was at work. The only good news is that Mt shipment arrived earlier than the purchasing website stated it would.

They did their best to accommodate us after the carrier that transferred my shipment to them gave them incorrect contact information.

Lack of communication from M&M leads to confusion and wasted time. With so many other logistics companies there's no need to deal with this.
