I was absolutely impressed with the level of kindness and understanding that the physicians assistant that is handling my case has shown. I have to travel a few hours from my hometown to reach the Orthopedic Center of Louisiana for diagnosis and treatment and once broke down only 20 mins away from their office and instead of automatically making me reschedule they pushed my appointment back an hour or so in hopes that I could still make it in that day because I had already traveled so far and was so close. Unfortunately I didn't make it in that day as my only running ride was the the tow truck

The staff here is always very friendly and sweet.. They listen to your concerns and never dismiss you when you have a question. The only real issue I have is the wait. When your appointment is for a certain time and you wait for two/three hours to be called back but other than that I can find absolutely nothing to complain about. I love this establishment.

Great doctor and staff. My only downfall is when your appointment is one time and you are still sitting in waiting room almost two hours later. I don’t mind waiting 30 minutes but anything over an hour is ridiculous. Then ended up seeing nurse practitioner instead of doctor. Very disappointed. My time is just as valuable and busy too.

Dr. Delapp is wonderful, on my first visit, he took the time to speak to me, he explained my injuries thoroughly. He described the details of my surgery, healing & rehabilitation times. He's a good Christian doctor, to me that was the icing on the cake. I felt even more confident knowing that. I highly recommend Dr. Delapp to anyone needing surgery on their shoulder. His staff was very pleasant. They practice social distancing & the covid 19 protocols to the T.
