Premier Powdercoating Inc. is located in a very small town in western Wisconsin. It got its start when a company called Team Marine Inc., a manufacturer of dash and switch panels for the high performance boating industry was having problems getting their panels powder coated.
The possibilities are virtually endless with powdercoating. There is over 10,000 colors we can buy and powder manufacturers offer custom color matching. As far as textures go there are many sizes of metal flake and wrinkle. Also, there are many different glosses. Bringing a cleaner part will help us and the price, but we will sand blast everything no matter what to create a superior sand etch for a superior finish.
A few years ago, while searching for something strong enough to coat headers with, we came upon ceramic coating.
