As a business owner, he really failed to do what was asked from him. I have placed over 5 orders and only out of necessity was the reason I used him. The owner is prior Military and I thought that his work ethic was on par with his military ethics. He did not only ruin three orders, he lied to me on several occasions and after waiting for so much time I literally ordered the T-shirts that he said were not available and had them in hand within two days. I'm owed a balance and would gladly work something out with him, but the reality is he is the hardest person to get a hold of and if you show
