I would highly recommend StageWorks Home Staging. We did showings at our condo staged by ourselves, vacant and then we had showings with our condo professionally staged by StageWorks, the difference was night and day how people reacted to the condo. We got more offers and higher offers after doing showings with the professional staging. The cost of having StageWorks do the staging more than paid for itself and then some. They made the place look so much better and people reacted to that. They really know their interior design.

We struggled with the idea of staging ourselves or hiring it out. We've hired it out and in the past it was ok at best. After meeting with Anita for the initial and how thorough she was, we decide to try staging again. I was blown away at how she transformed our house. It was incredible. Almost every buyer and buyers agent commented on the staging. Worth every dollar. Because of Anita we sold at a record price in the neighborhood.

Anita and StageWorks did a fantastic job with a very tricky staging assignment for us. We worked with their team to stage a dated mid-century modern house to have a feel that was a cross between the classic while still inspiring a modern feel that folks really want today. Their team did an excellent job accomplishing the goal, fully staged a completely empty house and we sold in multiple offers at a stretch price over $640k. I know they even picked up a piece or two to, specifically, fit the desired effect. The staging easily added $25k to the final price. She was very straight forward and practical

My friend and I flipped our first house. I inquired to Anita from StageWorks and she responded right away with a variety of options. She recommended the appropriate level of staging for our house even though it wasn't the most expensive option. She was able to schedule the staging on very short notice.
