Last year I got a bill for a routine cleaning that was covered by my son's insurance. I carried copies to the Lonoke Office where the services were rendered 3 different times (even though they had it in the system). We have been going to that same dental office for years. I did not hear anything else nor did I get another bill until i received a letter from A COLLECTION AGENCY! In the meantime he and I have both been back for cleanings. Each tome we confirmed the insurance.I received a STATEMENT in February showing I had a past due balance of over $400. No details and this is the first one I have
