My husband and I had been having water issues in our basement for years, it was time to find a company to help us alleviate the problem. Reached out to Barrier Waterproofing and John and his associate made an appointment with us to evaluate the issues and offer us the best solution. I'm happy to say the project was completed on December and we couldn't be happier, no more water!!! The process took 4 days of exterior work on the problem areas with the site supervisor Geronimo explaining every step along the way. He and his assistants were friendly and professional, leaving us with positive feelings

Juan is the hardest working crewman we have ever seen. Arrived each morning on time. Did 90% of the work by hand and by himself in the sweltering heat!! Jose did the excavator work and was the site supervisor. Jose is great, was very nice and also communicated with us well. Bruce was great to work with and communication was top notch. John came to our home a couple of times to answer questions and review job site. They removed moldy insulation and installed a new vapor barrier and water proof liner. Also, a sump pump. I was very concerned about buying our house due to the water that we know came in during excessive rains. The installation of the sump pump makes it a nonissue and the installation was perfect. Way reasonable on the price and the bidding was great. John explained everything very well so I knew what I was getting on the front end. The team doing the work was on time and very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

John is professional, articulate and incredible efficient. During a time of heavy precipitation he was able to come out to take a look at some serious water intrusion and communicate in an email the extent of the issue and the ways to remediate it. My property is a rental. John Trusa came out, and after looking at my problem, said he could help me within the next two to three weeks. Because of what he told me, I turned down other appointments with other waterproofing companies. Now John will not return my calls, my basement is still flooding, and I'm on a waiting list with other companies. Wow!!! Thanks John for totally disrespecting me and my time. It is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not appreciate it and would highly recommend staying away from this company.

John and Barrier did a great job on our water infiltration issue after the "Flood of 2010". We had basic concrete block seepage from groundwater due to non-existent 40 year old exterior water proofing and no external underground drainage. John and his team exposed the front corner of our house where the leaking occurred and installed their waterproofing system along with drainage pipe to get the water away from the house. They also installed additional french drain near the surface. After that we never had another issue with water seeping through the concrete block in our basement. It was money
